Compulsory personal interview

On this page

    The worker must have a compulsory personal interview with the Prevention Advisor for psychosocial aspects before submitting a formal request for psychosocial intervention.

    This interview allows the worker to receive information on:

    • the information that their request must contain in order to be viable;
    • the procedure;
    • the consequences and the risks involved in the submission of the request;
    • any protection against reprisals;
    • etc.

    The personal interview must take place within ten calendar days of the worker informing the Prevention Advisor for psychosocial aspects of their desire to submit a formal request.

    Both the worker and the Prevention Advisor for psychosocial aspects ensure that this deadline is respected.

    The Prevention Advisor for psychosocial aspects states in a document that the compulsory personal interview has taken place. The worker receives a copy of this document.
